The Challenge

The Institute for Educational Policy (IVP) produces world-class data, but its visual presentation was outdated, cluttered, and invisible to the public. The client—The Ministry of Education—needed to solve a critical problem: How to get complex analytical data to resonate with a younger audience? The challenge was to shed the "boring bureaucratic" image and create a dynamic brand that looks trustworthy yet modern and accessible.

The Institute for Educational Policy (IVP) produces world-class data, but its visual presentation was outdated, cluttered, and invisible to the public. The client—The Ministry of Education—needed to solve a critical problem: How to get complex analytical data to resonate with a younger audience?   • Total Rebranding: Designed a fresh, minimalist logo and a vibrant color palette that stands out from typical government greys.

  • Functional Design System: Knowing that analysts write extensive reports, I created advanced Microsoft Word templates and stationery assets. This ensures every output—from a 1-page memo to a 100-page study—looks professional and consistent automatically.

  • Launch Campaign: Developed the visual strategy for social media to introduce the "New IVP" to the public, focusing on bite-sized data visualizations.
